History

In addition to the locals, 812 Cinema was often frequented and largely supported by military members stationed at the nearby Defense Language Institute at the Presidio of Monterey, as well as the Naval Postgraduate School and Fort Ord.

Screening History

Rocky Horror was shown here until the owners established the Dream Theater, a larger venue nearby, and the showings were moved there.
