Rob Bagnall is a UK fan who helps with the Time Warp Fan Club, of which he's been a member since it was founded in 1988. He wrote the book "Still the Beast is Feeding: 40 Years of Rocky Horror" with Phil Barden. Rob has seen both the film and the play hundreds of times.
He is both a Rocky Horror Legend (at least in the UK).
