Legal Disputes & Un-Rocky Like Behavior
* The Denton Affair will be entering a legal battle with The Rocky Horror Preservation over the ownership of the domain name rhps.net (A domain that was purchased by RHPF almost 10 years ago with the intent to make it the main link for Cosmo's Factory.  The cast domain name was on loan to The Denton Affair because their existing domain name rhps-in-cincinnati.com was too long for flyers.

Before his termination from the cast the domain name was transferred to Missy Stricklett without the knowledge of the owner (The Rocky Horror Preservation Foundation).  The Denton Affair were given 24 months to find a new domain name and transfer RHPS.NET back to it's rightful owner, however to this day it has never happened.  Therefore, steps are currently being taken to win back the domain name.

* The Denton Affair is known to participate in new cast member hazing.  Resulting in frequent calls to former cast members at all hours of the day and night.

* The Denton Affair has also been accused or making shameful remarks against people with Autism and Asperger's Syndrome.

Because of this after the termination of Cosmo in 2013, Cosmo took the spare digital spotlight he had in his possession and donated it to a school in eastern Cincinnati that works with special needs children.
