The Rocky Horror Fan Award (also known as the Presidents Award) is an award given by Sal Piro and the Rocky Horror Fan Club typically at significant Rocky Horror Anniversary Conventions. Prior to the Boss Award this was the only type of award in the Rocky Horror Community.
