Released via [[Ode Sounds and Visuals]] and distributed by reissue label Rhino, ''The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Sing It! (The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Minus The Lead Vocals)'' iincluded the unedited, authentic  musical backing tracks to all the songs in ''[[The Rocky Horror Picture Show]],'' including verses and songs originally left off of ''[[The Rocky Horror Picture Show Original Soundtrack Album]].'' 

It was released at the time of the 20th Anniversary on September 5th, 1995. It was also included in the Ode 1997 4-CD box set ''[[The Rocky Horror Collection]]'', also distributed via Rhino. The CD experienced a spike in sales after the airing of ''[[The Rocky Horror Glee Show]]'' in October of 2010, though went out of distribution in 2015. 

Art director for the package, [[Lisa Kurtz Sutton]], added a special touch to the design by using a pair of fishnets she used to wear regularly as a member of [[The Rocky Horror Revue]] and [[The Tiffany Troupe]] in the late 1970s as a background element on the CD booklet.
