Alex Brown
Alex Brown (born October 2, 1995) is a shadowcast performer and website editor with the RKO Army in Providence, RI where her primary role is Magenta. She is also the owner and operator of Rocky Horror Picture Show Pics.
Rocky Horror Bio
Alex was first introduced to Rocky when she was twelve, having it brought up briefly at a Dunkin Donuts. At first, she was told nothing of this cult classic and thought it was a horror production along the lines of Saw, but thought it fun to try a strange new experience nonetheless. But upon arrival, she was struck by the glittering form of strangers dressed in corsets, fishnets, top hats. Being a 'clean-cut' middle schooler, fear struck her, and she immediately ran for the door. Thankfully, she was quickly shuffled into the theatre.
Two years later, after having forgotten about the show until then, she attended another screening performed by the RKO Army and braced herself for what she was about to endure. Having been a themed show of Alice In Wonderland, a favourite movie, she was struck smitten by the shows and cast. Not long after, her first appearance with RKO (January of 2011) laid as a spontaneous favor asked by a cast member, and from then on, she was hooked.
Alex appeared in her first RHPS All-Star shadowcast at Transylvania Carnivale in Chicago, IL, performing Takeover Scene.
