Dalton Owens (born September 2nd in Newark, Delaware) is a member of the Delaware cast, Formal Dress Optional, primarily performing as Riff Raff. He has been a performer since January 2012, performing roles in The Rocky Horror Picture Show as well as other films such as Shock Treatment and Little Shop of Horrors. He also served as cast manager from December 2013 until August 2014, stepping down due to issues unrelated to cast.
