Heights Art Theater was one of the The First 30 US Theaters to show The Rocky Horror Picture Show as a weekly, ongoing midnight-only movie beginning on August 19, 1977 along with its sister-theatre the Westwood Art Theater in Lakewood, Ohio.
Tim Curry attended a screening of the film in 1978.
