North of the River Recreation Bakersfield cast early 90s

Some of the limited information I have given may not be spelled correctly or may not have the exact dates........I have a newspaper article at home with cast member names and the exact dates but it's been so long I can't remember the information offhand. I'll edit this and update this fall when I get home from my travels and look into my storage.

This was one of the best times of my life I was only 16 or 17; some of our cast members were as young as 14 or were as old as 40s. And we all became great friends actually, spending a lot of time hanging out and partying outside the show.

We ran the show for several months at Bakersfield College to the north Bakersfield Recreation and Park District..... we had one of the best Halloween shows EVER : ) After the show's run ended so many of us had had so much fun that we shifted it over to the Nile Theater and continued doing it for what seems like another year but again this was back in the early nineties and my memory is not the greatest.

If anyone else out there from our cast sees this, please edit, say something - let me know you guys are still alive..... I'd love to get something together someday, maybe have a few from the old cast show up at the show with one of these new Bakersfield cast : ). I don't know why I started thinking about all this tonight I guess just because of a little clip I saw on YouTube of someone else's show from the nineties. Sparked my memory, got me all sentimental and such.

I'm thinking about maybe trying to join another cast somewhere someday just to relive the fun we had in the day or maybe now's the time that I should try to get a production going in Bakersfield speak with the same north of the river parks and recreation and see if they'd be willing to sponsor it again get a whole new generation going : )

I'm just overthinking this like I do everything but I hope some of you will read this and know that I still think about you, you guys were kind of family....
