Columbia's Closet is a blog created by Mina Credeur that details her research and construction methods for making Rocky Horror costumes. In previous years Mina accepted custom commissions, but now only sells accessories at conventions.

Background

Mina Credeur created the blog in 2009 to compliment her custom costume business by detailing the amount work that went into her costumes. Because it's a blog format readers are free to comment.

Embroidery

Mina makes reproduction of the patches on Frank's jacket, Brad's jacket, and the overlay on Frank's dinner corset. Mina has also made custom patches for The Home of Happiness, "Ron Maxwell Approved", and the RHSML campaign.

Patterns

Mina offers several free sewing patterns on her blog that can be downloaded, and is currently in the process of importing the rest of her designs into CAD to be sized and printed to offer for sale.

Fabric

Fabric Swatches

Mina has created reproduction prints of some of the fabrics from the film.

Convention Related

Columbia's Closet has had a seller booth at these conventions:
