''Simplicity'' is the third and final solo album recorded by [[Tim Curry]] released on A&M Records in 1981. Curry recorded the album at The Hit Factory in New York City while concurrently appearing in the Broadway show ''Amadeus''.

The LP was released in the early Summer of 1981 and was mostly cover versions of well-known songs, seasoned with Curry's dramatic flair. The Reggae-flavored original ''Working on My Tan'' (reminiscent of ''I Will'' from [[Read My Lips]]) was released as a single, but failed to get much notice. Los Angeles New Wave radio station KROQ chose to play the Lovin' Spoonful cover ''Summer in the City''in its place, to some local success. A second single, the original ballad and title-track, ''Simplicity,'' was also released in 1981. The album managed to bubble under the Hot 100, peaking at #112 on the US LP charts.
