Steve Laybourn Cartoon is an American Rocky Horror fan. He was a member of The Tiffany Troupe - West Hollywood, CA at the legendary Tiffany Theater in West Hollywood, CA from 1980 to 1983, a regular at the Nuart Theater during the mid to late 1980's, and an Honorary Member of Erotic Nightmares.
