True Life Horror Stories was a one-shot Rocky Horror fanzine published in 1979. It was one of the earliest Rocky Horror fan publications. It is one of the best sources known for photos of O'Brien's play "Disaster," which featured both Patricia Quinn and Jonathan Adams.
