Julie Ford is American Rocky Horror Elder. Julie first saw The Rocky Horror Picture Show when it opened at the United Artists Cinema 4 - Tyler Mall in Riverside, CA on February 2, 1979. She was a regular participant with a loosely organized group of fans known as The Riverside Rockys. In November 1979, along with Vid Kadavre, Richard Gifford, and Troy Martin, she founded Erotic Nightmares, one of the first regular, full-time Rocky Horror performing groups on the West Coast. It was Julie who suggested the name "Erotic Nightmares". She played Columbia with Erotic Nightmares until February 21, 1981, and she was a regular performer at the legendary Tiffany Theater. She returned to the Rocky Horror community in 2007 and attends most major Rocky Horror events.
